Shipping:

As a customer of Coco Diva, we know you expect the BEST quality ever created.  To ensure your products arrive in perfect condition during the warm weather months, your shipment will be packaged with insulated bags. This is subject to change as we never know what Mother Nature is up to!  Smiles! To further ensure the quality of the chocolate, we deliver your chocolate creations within 2 days or overnight.

Gift Card:

If you would like us to send a card with your order, please include the date it needs to arrive by and enter any special information and instructions about your order.

Wedding Favors:

As you make plans for that momentous, one-of-a-kind event, let Coco Diva provide those WONDERFUL favors or personal gifts for your guests.  These favors also work great as "Thank You" favors to thank those who have helped you make the event perfect.Please feel free to contact us via e-mail and we will be happy to work with you on your order.

Chocolate creations from Coco Diva begins the moment you place your order.  When you send a gift of Coco Diva chocolates, you can be assured that it will arrive in perfect condition.  If, for any reason, your order does not arrive in perfect condition or you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us for a prompt, courteous replacement.

Coco Diva Guarantee Policy:

Coco Diva will accept cancellations of transactions at any time prior to midnight of the second business day after the date of transaction.  Cancellation request must be sent directly to Coco Diva by e-mail.
